30-day returns on unworn, unused items in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Harris Tweed is handwoven wool from the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, crafted by registered weavers using traditional methods. Every piece of authentic Harris Tweed carries the Orb mark certifying its origin and quality. It's naturally durable, water-resistant, and ages beautifully, making it a worthy investment that lasts for years.
For bags and accessories: all dimensions (length, width, depth) are listed in the product description. For clothing: we provide size charts for each item. We recommend measuring an existing garment that fits well and comparing to our sizing guide. If in doubt, contact us and we'll help ensure the perfect fit.
We offer UK delivery (3-5 working days) and international shipping (7-14 working days depending on location). Shipping costs and exact delivery dates are calculated at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged and tracked.
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Simply contact us to arrange a return, we'll provide a shipping label. Refunds are processed on receipt. We stand behind the quality of every product.
Harris Tweed is low-maintenance. For bags and accessories: wipe with a soft, dry cloth or brush gently. For clothing: dry clean or hand wash in cool water (test a hidden area first). Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Our natural wool actually repels moisture and resists staining, it improves with age.
